SUMMARY 摘要:
Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall administration and operation of all Beverages areas throughout the entire hotel. Responsible for and maintaining cost controlling, monthly stock taking, revenues, creating new concepts / beverages, wines lists, training of all related beverage associates and maximize profits. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.

SPECIFICATIONS:

04. Basic understanding of local language and culture
05. Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management
