Job Summary
The role is to lead team members to goals set by the company, ensuring that high standards of service, food quality and presentation are maintained at all times. The manager will organize and co-ordinate the work of his team, taking personal interest in their well being. His work aims at achieving complete guest satisfaction for the best possible financial result for the company. Qualificatons: 01. Working knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations. 02. 8-10 years of relevant working experience, out of which 5 years at supervisory level. 03. Good administrative skills. 04. Possesses business acumen. 05. Be self-motivated and energetic. 06. Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with his team members 07. Good command of written and spoken English. 08.
