You will develop and establish technical standards and procedures for the IT department. You will plan, coordinate, integrate, test, implement and manage applications and systems interfaces. Serving as team lead analyst, you will :
Work with various departments, to provide a complete applications support infrastructure. Plan, coordinate and schedule investigations as well as conduct feasibility studies, survey and technical evaluations/decisions on software strategies. Maintain current and accurate documentation on existing developed systems (including users’ and programmers’ manuals) and proper programme backup procedures. Formulate test scripts for testing and evaluate programme development, modification and performance. Independently design and implement integrated hardware and software computer and information systems to meet company requirements. Train and orientate new and existing end users on new or current implementations. Provide on-call support for computer applications problems and issues, interpret information and informally arbitrate among systems users when conflicts arise.. You should have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science plus at least two years of system support experience with proficiency in SQL databases and Business Intelligence tools.
