The Sr.Product Manager is part of the operation team with responsibility in the following areas:
− Drive product strategy into an executable plan for product life cycle management. This encompasses product positioning, definition, specifications, features and strategy to meet the market needs. − Work with R&D team, offer the guidance, check the design, confirm the customer requirements from time to time. − Manage the product requirements from customers, including the product documentation, customer survey and analysis. Define and create product briefs and white papers. Track and document any on-going changes to the product during its lifecycle, strengthen product value propositions. − Contribute to the creation of the business plan and overall sales strategy for new products in new markets, provide the technical support for the pre-sales in big deal, bidding, or related business. The ideal candidate will be skilled at facilitating the development, and execution, as well as championing great product management efforts. It is essential that you understand the PC or consumer electronic market with strategic view, ideally with R&D, marketing, or Engineering function strong willing to drive project planning, risk management and milestone management smoothly. Requirements: − Bachelors Degree in business or technology. − 3-5 years of Product Management experience or 5 years of Marketing, Engineering Operations experience with technology products − Familiar with IT development trend and competitive environment. − Experience in customer research or survey and deeply understand the customer needs. − Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills, strong continuous improvement mindset, drive for positive results, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure is required. − R&D project management capabilities and background is a plus. |
