This person will identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities by negotiating and securing the most compelling network of branded entertainment venues and districts (EVD’s). The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating, developing and managing large scale property development projects, as well as, delivering on targeted pre-opening plans for each EVD. The core job responsibilities include:
Driving revenue by developing client relationships, creating strategies to achieve new business and building strong partnerships with local agencies and governments, including architects, project developers, consultants and other business and community organizations Leading EVD project pursuits and customer satisfaction efforts from early opportunity identifications and client cultivation to proposal preparation, contract execution, and project completion Facilitating team communication, coordination, and interaction on development projects Serving as a Company role model in business and community activities Properly managing a corporate budget relating to business development efforts A minimum of 15 years of property and business development experience working with large multinational organizations is required. In addition, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be bilingual in either Mandarin or Cantonese and English. Bachelor’s degree required in business, sales or related field. |
