> Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Ø Ability to operate CAD is helpful. Ø Must possess keen sense of design and have some architectural background. Ø Must have construction field experience. Ø Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Ø Must be detail oriented and work in a fast-paced environment. Ø Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education: Four year college degree in construction management or architecture/design. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years experience managing a variety of construction projects, working for a contractor or providing construction administration functions for an architectural firm. |
