Lead and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and program for the entire company;
Act as a HR business partner to the business, providing sound advice and guidance on all aspects of people management; Prepare HR budget and HR planning, propose evolutions in the organization structure to support target growth; Champion and develop change management strategies; Support the growth of the business by managing / overseeing all recruitment activities and establishing best practice in all recruitment activities; Make and update the human resource policies to be compliance with national and local laws, and according to the company rules and principles; Manage the annual performance appraisal process and propose improvement of the existing performance assessment model if necessary; Work with Senior managers and managers to ensure proactive management of all performance issues; Design and implement a training plan in cooperation with senior managers and in line with business needs; Update and monitor on compensation and benefit system in order to keep in motivating for the employees while optimized for the company; Participate in local market compensation surveys as appropriate and in consultation with the parent company’s Compensation and Benefits team; Be responsible for driving initiative that develop a culture of team, success and innovation. |
