RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be responsible for marketing, corporate communications, product marketing development and public relations; · Ensure the company’s products and services are in tune with consumer demand; · Direct new product development and ensure the continuing appeal of existing offerings; · Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan; · Ensure marketing plan and actions are implemented in all branches; · Work closely with actuarial team on pricing; create business requirements and product specifications for new product introductions; · Contribute to the product development team by sharing expertise and insights; · Validate product plans with distribution partners and other key stakeholders; Work closely with distribution and sales team; |
