| TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
l Implement and oversee maintenance management plans for HVAC, plumbing & drainage, fire and all electrical installations; l Review the maintenance/service practices of MEP consultants/contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with company’s policy; l Oversee inventory control; l Develop and recommend building and systems operating modes to provide energy savings and protection of the environment; l Monitor staff performance, arrange and conduct training courses for staff; l Monitor cost, progress and safety of work; l Liaise with government offices to ensure all installations comply with government requirements. |
