Job Profile: · Extends, expands and integrates relationships with prospective organizations and clients · Evaluates new business opportunities, identifies client needs, drives the selling process · Leverages Hewitt’s people and other resources to provide consultation around solution mix; Qualification: · Deep understanding of China market; good chemistry with SOE clients · Strong communication skill; BD skill for large project · Project management experience · Vendor management skill (establish and maintain good relationship with external vendors such as insurance company, fund management company, and banks) · Not necessarily with oversea background · Potentially from insurance company |
