Exhibits strong skills in at least two areas among "client leader", "business leader", "people leader" ("project leader" is a given). Developing the business strategies for analytics practice Presents Hewitt brand in marketing events Coordinating with local market managers to ensure successful execution Coaching/mentoring Qualification: Post-graduate degree, MBA preferred; High proficiency in English writing and speaking; 5 - 8 years of relevant industry or consulting experience; In-depth content knowledge about human resources management; Good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies; Excellent analytical skills and communication skills; Customer oriented Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties |
