Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of experience managing and promoting high technology products from inception through sunset Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred Knowledge of Aerospace business Broad aerospace product knowledge, with avionics product knowledge 5 years experience managing and promoting high technology products from inception through sunset Proven track record executing marketing projects and programs Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills Experience in developing and executing strategy and growth plans for new products and new market applications Success in managing through influence and persuasion in a highly matrixed structure Proven ability to influence and lead large, diverse teams from various internal and external organizations Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals Customer contact experience Green Belt Certification |
