Graduate degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or relevant discipline. Overseas education and advanced degree (Master, MBA) preferred.
10 years of working experience, with significant experience in strategic marketing functions of management consulting. Strong and demonstrated business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills - Able to collect and analyse business & market data, identify issues, synthesize and draw insights, recommend and present results Strong program management skills Strong communication skills - Able to structure and articulate a compelling argument. Strong presentation skills. Good command of verbal and written Mandarin and English is a must. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a hands-on working attitude - able to work the details; successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution. Strong interpersonal skills. Passion for succession. Effective in team and matrix environments. Knowledge of building automation and similar B2B industry is a plus.
