| Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5 years of cross-functional experience.
Brown / Black Belt / Lean Trained and certified. Knowledge and experience with Lean / HOS / Six Sigma implementation in manufacturing environments. Experience in Toyota Production System or similar systems preferred. Prior operational / manufacturing experience would be advantageous. Ability to influence leaders and shop floor personnel on a daily basis. Demonstrated ability to manage successful projects from launch to completion. Project leader experience. Good interpersonal skills, highly energetic and results-oriented with history of getting breakthrough results. Change agent that challenges conventional thinking, approach & methodology. Effective verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization. Ability to deliver training in both informal and classroom settings. Able to travel 50 -75% of the time. |
