Facilitates the implementation of productivity & process improvements to achieve cost & lead time goal. Implements new technology to improve manufacturing productivity & quality. Maintains configuration control of MOT's, NC programs, Machine Tooling, SAP data & trace ability。 Responsible for the preparation & maintenance of MOT & assists manufacturing employees in resolving tooling, MOT and all manufacturing issues. Reduce machining time to reduce labor cost by using six sigma and Lean tools. Responsible for operator's technical & spec training and qualification. Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement Participate in the built in quality audit and safety investigations Driving for standardized effective solutions to existing problems Implements discipline processes to ensure compliance to code of conduct and desired work behaviors Coordinate and organize execution of trial production plan with across functions COMMUNICATION Join Tier II meeting as required. Fully integrate daily work into production activities to ensure effective communication flow COACHING / MENTORING Create a work environment conductive to employee moral, motivation, growth and teamwork to accomplish performance objectives Use effective coaching techniques to develop a culture of employee engagement 5S Support and maintain 5s in office areas of responsibility. Support the 5S action lists in a timely manner STANDARD WORK Follow Manufacturing Engineer Standardized Work Drive the implementation and use of Manufacturing engineer Standardized Work at all levels Audit operator's standardized work to ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures RAPID PROBLEM SOLVING Acknowledge and execute the escalation process Responsible for fast response to identify abnormalities, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS Drives a continuous improvement culture by instilling Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology Implement Honeywell Operation System behaviors, systems, and processes to continually improve competitiveness. Responsible to ensure Kaizen process is supported Drives a visually managed work environment EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS Participate in problem solving activities related to equipment issues HSE Follow HSE policy. Qualifications Basic Competency University degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years aerospace manufacturing experience* or certification by Manufacturing Engineering Manager。 CNC lathe and machining center programming experience Good computer application ability Read and interpret English drawings and specifications Designation in tooling and fixtures Coach supplier for fixture and gage rework, fabrication, assembly, and inspection process. Trained for cost reduction methodology. Self starter with initiative Willing to learn new skills and to train others Expected Competency Machining technology or Machine design Good oral English Familiar with UG, Master CAM and AutoCAD software Good team work, and willing to accept challenge. |
