Create and maintain a work environment which promotes high employee morale. Advocate for teamwork within the organization; developing and implementing teamwork enhancement strategies. P&P Establish, improve and implement human resource & administration policy and procedure. Establish and file human resource file. Employee relationship Coordinate employee relationship. Implement employee consolation . Organize and lead employee satisfaction survey . Lead improvement action . Communication Lead open and multi-channel communication. Accept and handle employee complain. Notice board information management. Report Report to Honeywell HR function. Provide General Manager with analysis, reports, and advise on human resource issues . Participate China HR Council . Support Support and implement Health, Safety and Environmental procedures Co-lead quality policy and system spread and implementation Budget Control Qualifications University degree or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years of related experience, which include 3 years in supervisor or above position . Basic competency: PC ; skilled in English; familiar with Labor legislation and mastery of relevant human resources functional operation.
