Job Responsibilities:
Support the Global/N. Asia efforts involving Inventory, Freight, Supplier Quality and SIOP Process. Assist in Project development, planning and implantation as needed. Work with the RSML's and Business Leaders to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manor and elevated to the appropriate management when required. Own the HBS N. Asia Inventory Goals and plan. Participate in the AOP development targets for inventory. Identify and manage a logistics project deck focused around inventory reduction and delivery performance improvement while leading / reporting on the progress of this project deck. Conduct monthly reviews with the RSML's & Finance Leaders to review efforts. Support CP/S - SAP Install for Procurement & Logistics Develop, maintain & monitor the "Process Mapping" of logistic flows in HBS N. Asia. Identify Freight cost reduction opportunities as part of AOP & report monthly on results & actual EMEA Freight costs. Identify all existing HBS N. Asia Warehousing locations. Lead future justification/lease renewal of these agreements. Work with ACS and other business units in efforts to consolidate, standardize these facilities. Qualifications: Lead the N. Asia effort in achieving the OTTR Goals for Internal & External Suppliers.. Track and report monthly on Returns. Track & report on claims to our suppliers for defective equipment. Support efforts & initiatives of ACS Supplier Quality programs. Implement and monthly responsibility for the HBS SIOP forecast to all of our key suppliers as a goal. This role / responsibility is identified by the CP/S Team as a requirement of the SAP Pilot and EMEA Install. Work with Project Managers for monthly updates of "key projects" on equipment forecasting as part of the SIOP Process. |
