Job Responsibilities:

Set up S&C Nanjing plant annual supplier performance plan (AOP) and the detailed actions.
Coach supplier in new material introduction and PPAP qualification.
Maintain the daily base management of supplier delivery and performance.
Manage the assigned supplier to achieve the annual goals and year-over year improvement.
Conduct supplier audits and implement supplier performance development.

Qualifications:

4+ years in similar roles in an MFG organization along with a background in engineering. 
Proved experience applying quality systems and tools.
