Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide both pre and post sales support for high end customers (Pre-sales 90% & Post-sales 10%) 2. Build up relationship with Consultant Engineering Firms, influence the market. 3. Work with EAMs on the relationship & technical management of large deals 4. Co-ordinate and provide technical sales seminars for both business partners and the end-users on the benefits and features, key application environments and how to sell, of our product range. 5. Educate the consultant and end users to understand Delta-converstion technology 6. Help the EAMs for submitting the technical proposal such as technical tender submission. 7. Take key responsibility in the set up, implementation and management of the Demo/Training Room 8. Work closely with EAMs, NSEs and Application Engineering team to provide the exact solution to customer 9. Train the sales organization on "How to Sell" technically, and providing "Solution Selling" training 10. Involvement in the New Product Development(NPD) Process to ensure that we are meeting the customers technical needs 11. Act as a mentor to TS Engineers that want to make the move to PSE. 12. Work with sales support to develop Sales Tools for both internal and external training Qualification & Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience 2.Possess at least 2/3 years experience in a technical support and sales for three phase power systems 3.Experience with a single and 3-phase power is a must 4.Experience with APC three phase solutions is preferred 5.Experience with Network operating systems and Internetworking equipment is preferred 6.Proven capacity to learn quickly and effectively communicate information on APC products, programs and services.
