Key Responsibilities:
Provide both pre and post sales support for high end customers (Pre-sales 90% & Post-sales 10%); Build up relationship with Consultant Engineering Firms, influence the market; Work with EAMs on the relationship & technical management of large deals; Co-ordinate and provide technical sales seminars for both business partners and the end-users on the benefits and features, key application environments and how to sell, of our product range; Educate the consultant and end users to understand Delta-converstion technology Help the EAMs for submitting the technical proposal such as technical tender submission; Take key responsibility in the set up, implementation and management of the Demo/Training Room; Work closely with EAMs, NSEs and Application Engineering team to provide the exact solution to customer; Train the sales organization on "How to Sell" technically, and providing "Solution Selling" training; Involvement in the New Product Development(NPD) Process to ensure that we are meeting the customers technical needs; Act as a mentor to TS Engineers that want to make the move to PSE; Work with sales support to develop Sales Tools for both internal and external training. Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience; Possess at least 2/3 years experience in a technical support and sales for three phase power systems; Experience with a single and 3-phase power is a must; Experience with APC three phase solutions is preferred; Experience with Network operating systems and Internetworking equipment is preferred; Proven capacity to learn quickly and effectively communicate information on APC products; programs and services.
