Key Responsibilities:
Validate all service application and assign service, according to AGS service policy Coordinate FSE and ASC to implement service, and dispatch appropriate engineer in light of client's information Entry and track service sold Communicate with users of APC high-end products to understand their demands of service Contact with forwarder for products/equipments shipping Track and correspond to every service dispatch, and report to the relevant manager short-of-standard service Manage service dispatch record and relevant documents Call clients after service Qualification & Requirements: Major in business or relevant Over 3 years of customer service experience Good call communication skills Skills of using computer If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by china.hr@apcc.com |
