| Main Responsibilities:
1、Set up yearly and quarterly business target for each distribuor ,and initiate the necessary markering and sales program to achieve the business target. 2、Work with region sales team to drive the sell-out. 3、Find and identify distributor candidates according the china channel strategy. 4、Establish and maintain the management rules and business process to manage the distributor’s daily operation according the business needs. 5、Work with Legal, Finance and OM to manage distributor’s contract,credit and Logistic. 6、Co-fund process management. Requirement & Qualitification: 1、Bachelor degree or above in electronics or computer. 2、5+ years in IT channel sales. 3、Logic and number sense. 4、Strong resulte driven. 5、Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
