| PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for the finance issue of Lingang project such as set-up the bank account, handling monthly tax declaration and keeping in touch tax bureau of Nanhui from time to time. ? Associate with our agency on any issue arising when register the new legal entity. ? Responsible for BCS report for VPSE. ? Recording all the transaction accrued to Lingang, especially payment details, prepare monthly breakdown report to management. ? Handling VAT related issues of VPPS with tax office including monthly tax declaration, submitting temp upgrade of VAT invoices application to tax bureau for approval. ? Issuing VAT invoices after the confirmation of collection from customers and goods ship-out. ? Check employees'expense reimbursement claim, make sure all the requests getting approved by the proper person and all the items claimed are in compliance with firm's policy. ? Preparing all required documents for SAFE declaration, sending all well prepared payment document to Citibank for foreign currency payments, following up with bank clerk to ensure the payment will be processed timely without problem. ? Checking the account of Citi-bank twice a day and report to the relevant persons of any collection information for delivery release. ? Responsible for Fix Assets accounting, such as purchasing, depreciation and disposal. ? Responsible for AP posting in Ufida, such as inputting AP invoices in purchase module and post to GL from AP system, and also the AP module monthly and yearly closing. Knowledge: Indicate the minimum level of formal education and work experience which is required to carry out the responsibilities of this position. When considering the experience requirement assume the education standard has been satisfied. Include any special knowledge, certification or license which is required. Formal Education Requirement: Education ? University/Colleague degree, with major in Accounting or Finance ? Accountant Professional Certificate Professional Experience and skill ? 2-5 years working experience in Finance ? Experience in MNC is preferred ? Experience in ERP, Ufida/JDE is preferred ?
