Summary of Responsibilities
1.Sales revenue and units of G-drive genset engine business in oil field 2.Responsible for sales & marketing activities for development of the G-engine business in oil field 3.Enlarge G-business market share in oil field 4.New business/application development in field 5.Engine sales plan/ forecast and make sure it happens in long run, yearly, monthly & weekly for responsible accounts 6.Customer Relationship Management 7.Marketing & Sales strategy for responsible accounts 8.Development of the Volvo Penta brand in oil field 9.Coordinate with other department to ensure fulfillment of sales related work 10.Organize team building activities 11.Organize yearly customer conference Qualifications Requirements 1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering Inner Combustion Engine 2.At least 5 years experience of a similar capacity 3.Better understanding of generator/genset industry and be similar with the oil field business. 4.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 5.Proficiency in Chinese & English 6.Strong Customer Relationship Management Skill 7.Willingness to work irregular hours and travel for work If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by pentachina.hr@volvo.com |
