Job description:
1.Receive, analyze and distribute customer’s service request to dealers 2.Follow-up on cases or progress of repairs 3.Make on-site investigation for major failures 4.Prepare MQR Reports 5.Assist dealers or OEMs to trouble-shoot technical problems 6.Check warranty claims 7.Conduct training for dealers or OEMs 8.Assist in the organization of dealer annual meeting. Requirement: 1.University graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering 2.Knowledge on the principles of diesel engines 3.3-5 years field service engineer experience in diesel engine service and repair 4.Good interpersonal and communication skills 5.Good English both written and spoken 6.Experience working with dealers or OEMs is preferred 7.Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends occasionally 8.Extensive domestic traveling is expected If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by pentachina.hr@volvo.com |
