Summary of Responsibilities
1 Helping training manager to set up training structure, strategy & policy for China Market. 2 Responsible for setting the training course structure according to the sales development, setting up the training schedules and accomplishing in accordance with development of service net work, organizing the annual training activities, and be trainer in necessary. 3 Supervise and assist OEM / Dealer's training programs to endusers in accordance with sales and dealer development requests. 4 Manage and coordinate all the training resources in Vp offices, ADC & Sichuan training centre to meet company's goals. 5 Maintain and establish training material database and do necessary translation. 6 Supporting service department on critical technical problem. Qualifications Requirements 1 University graduate in engine industry or relevant fields 2 At least 5 years in the similar capacity. 3 Excellent presentation and lecture skills 4 Organizational knowledge in engine mechanical / electrical / electronic system. 5 IT knowledge in PC, power point, word and excel for example. 6 Bi-lingual in Chinese and English both in written and oral.
