| Position Purpose
-To explore, identify business opportunities and make the feasibility study either independently or jointly subject to the scale and complexity of the business cases. Investment proposal to Brigantine Management and Board of Directors is the 1st materialized delivery of the job position. -To implement approved projects by professional project management skills. Successful turnkey to responsible Business Unit is the 2nd materialized delivery of the job position. -To assist General Manager on overall and regular reporting, information consolidation and analysis. General Areas of Responsibilities -Market research, data collection, analysis and forecast to propose both long term and short term business plans. -Interact with both internal and external partners, suppliers and customers to explore the business opportunities and implement the business plan -Negotiation with business partners and find mutually accepted solutions in Joint Venture or contractual co-operation. -Work out project proposal with full profiled analysis and solutions including financial analysis in accordance with APMM policies. -Coordination and implementation of approved projects till the projects start operation. -Checking of the operation results with the project assumption and revise the guideline for project assumptions. Learning Opportunities in the Position -Basic knowledge and practices for being an entrepreneur or business owner. -Theory and practical approaches for market research, business strategy and investment opportunity. -Application of investment analysis and decision and verification of investment decision. -Operation model of shipping line, terminal and logistics service business. Specific Requirements for the Position -MBA holder or Bachelor degree with major in Finance or economics; -3+ years related experiences with good business sense; -Good command of English(BULATS:4 / CET6); -Good communication and negotiation skill; -Be familiar with Project process |
