* Develop and explore sales opportunities including products and services development for business expansion.
* Develop and recommend specific sales and marketing objectives and forecasts for products to be sold. * Develop and recommend pricing strategy based on evaluation of economic conditions, competition. * Execute authorised sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed profit volume and other objectives relating to container equipment trading. * Maintain favourable relations with all customers and explore business networks. * Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external services providers to maximise sale profit and efficiency. * Formulate, monitor and evaluate operation KPI’s for own area. * Prepare yearly budget on sales forecasts and promotion expenses. * Conduct customer satisfaction survey and analyse result for making and executing corrective actions. * Prepare various weekly and monthly sales reports and follow up activities for Management’s review. * Evaluate customer requests for special requirements or improvement, discuss and recommend action to Spare Parts Salese(SPS) Manager * Review customers’ complaints for the purpose of defining the root cause of the problem, resolving the complaint, and determining where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence. * Advise SPS Manager of quality problems, ensuring that corrective action is taken and that customers are properly notified. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and quality standards of our services. * Identifying optimal alternatives that will secure desired quality services at the minimum costs. * Ensure sales contract compliance with standard formats, regulation of Customs and other authorities. * Ensure all documentation of sales are up-to-date and conform to the IMS requirement per relevant OP / WI. * Act at all time in the best interest of the Company. * Ensure all reports and proposals are well prepared and submitted on time to Management. * Any other duties, activities and projects assigned by SPS Manager. |
