  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Job Description 
1.        Strategy development and implementation

§           Design of the HR strategy of the business group/Corporate Dept. deriving from their business strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained Human Resource management contribution to the business success;

§           Responsible for the agreed HR strategy implementation together with BG /CD management team member. The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the HR Project/Program Manager and Share Service Center.

 

2.        HR Policy Responsibility

§           Responsible for using the Corporate Guidelines, the basic principles of HR policy, tools and methods to ensure a uniform personnel policy in the responsible business group/ or corporate department.

§           Control of HR costs within the business group/corporate department by orientation to internal (and external) benchmarks that form performance standards and quality criteria for personnel work.


3.      Consulting

Business Partner of the management of the assigned business group and corporate department. Developing strong business relationships with the executive management and the client group. Developing and driving the people agenda for the organization and analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decision making.


§           Find best solutions for technical questions and problems that arise.

§           Support the development of high performance of organization and people excellence.

§           Ensure high quality and timely support to BG/CD in the process of target setting, budgeting, and manpower planning, annual performance management, competency management and change management.

§           Consulting /coaching in management and leadership issues

§           M&A HR support

§           Promote corporate culture.


Being an employee service provider and advocate. Serving and being perceived as a safe, objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues. Serving as the central contact and HR service broker for certain business groups. 


4.       Personnel Administration 

§           Support Service Centers and Strategy team to optimize administrative processes using available tools for efficient design of the procedures.


5.      Project Works

§           Initiating and consistent implementation of HR projects/Programs in business groups/Corporate department based on corporate standards.


6.      HR report

Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly HR report to responsible Business Management team and HR Top management team for human resources review and decision making.
