Major Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy § To initiate, develop and optimize commercial strategy as an aggressive operational tool to meet Company sales objectives, through in-depth understanding of the profit levers. 2. Contract and client database administration § To supervise the maintenance of templates for all customer agreements and customize as needed and periodically review the maintenance of original copies of executed agreements and their compliance with record retention policy. § To review and approve, in conjunction with Legal as deemed appropriate, terms and conditions modifications as requested by customer or Ambow. § To evaluate business impact of contract modifications. To Maintain ongoing monitoring of contract compliance, and develop contract process training material for Ambow employees. Process contract renewals and ongoing contractual obligations. § To improve the existing contracting process and participate in implementation by partnering with business owners during all stages of the contracting process to ensure each contract meets all business and compliance requirements. § To provide quarterly reports to BUs on contracts/orders and their implementation. Maintain Contract and client database Surface and partner with GMs of BUs in resolving any non-compliance issues during the contracting process. § To review of vendor credentialing documents to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and modern trends in the industry. § To develop a team with the expertise to draft non-standard contracts and support complex customer negotiations. 3. Business KPI’s Monitor § To establish business KPI database and monitor the KPI’s achievement and deliver relevant report to management team for further actions decision making. 4. Partnering with Business Units § To collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Support Departments to achieve company sales objectives; § Involvement in commercial bids and review of new business pitches/strategies. 5. Process building and optimizing § To build up the standard operation process for commercial function and to build up internal control process in collaboration with internal audit department to ensure consistent compliance as defined under the Ambow’s prospect Internal Control Principles and SOX program. § To ensure high levels of process efficiency and consistency with global standard practice. § Responsibility for ensuring personal and company compliance with all central and local government, and company regulations, policies and procedures. 6. Leadership § Responsible for career coaching, performance management and competency management to the commercial department. § Management of team and monthly reporting process. Budgetary control, forecasting planning and analysis. |
