Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the routine management and building of the team; - Assist VP or director to train first-line manager, as well as improve the management of front-line managers; - Support and instruct team member to complete sales goal, further improving performance; - Responsible for market and competitor dynamics collection, as well as making schemes; - Responsible for account receivable and analysis of CRM data & managerial report as well as solution making; - Design and improve strategies of sales and product; - Participate in macro-management, make solutions to company development; - Responsible for the team cost to be controlled below the budget and the reasonable bound; - Responsible for the normal operation of establishing and coordination of good corporation relationship as well as business with partners and government; - Assist admin work of coordination department. Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above; - More than 6 years management experience in different cities and regions focused on sales, in ideally within well-known domestic enterprises and overseas companies; - A competent sales leader with good track record; - Strong analysis and logical ability; clear quick thinking. Good capability to highlighting complicated problem; - Strong coordination ability and initiative with different department.
