Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with the sales team routine management as well as development of team member and support to complete sales goal; - Participate in meeting key customers, as well as on OTJ and supporting; - Responsible for marketing and competitor dynamics collection, management of account receivable; - Assist the manager to coordinate team operation as well as communication with different departments; - Assist the manager to design the local market strategy of product and sales; - Implement other tasks assigned. Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above; - More than 3 years management experience focused on sales in well-known domestic enterprises or overseas companies; - Experience in leading a sales team including more than 10 members; - Strong ability in communication as well as analysis and resilience; - Good self-study ability and high work initiative, with strong sense of customer service and team spirit; - High proficiency in oral and written English and good knowledge in office application software; - Honesty, high responsibility and ambition.
