Job Description -Company interface with QUALCOMM customers
-Manage customer relations at all levels -Coordinate and manage QUALCOMM resources to support customer needs -Manage pricing for the company -Coordinate customer service and technical support;coordinate product design, support and marketing activities -Coordinate internal resources to solve customer issues -Assist QTL on licensing issues Skills/Experience -A minimum of five years account management, business development and/or sales experience in the wireless telecom industry -Prefer a working knowledge of CDMA;Strong verbal and written English communication skills;Wireless communication or semi-conductor and handset support experience a plus Additional Skills -Previous experience with a multi-national company in telecom or semi-conductor industry a strong plus -People interface skills a must -Frequent travel required Education Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication,or equivalent education or experience,is required Due to the sensitive information that may be accessed and/or handled in this position, employment in this position is contingent on successful clearance of a background check, including but not limited to a criminal records [and credit] check. |
