| 1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in Retailing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation or related field.
2. Proficient at applying to daily replenishment tasks basic math skills including calculating ratios and percentages, moving average, rank and percentile, and building histograms. 3. Intermediate abilities in use of Excel, including data analysis and use of text functions, look up and reference functions, and logical functions. 4. Proficient at executing daily drivers of replenishment including order point, order sum, lead-time, safety stock, forecast, seasonality. 5. Understand and can apply relevant aspects of store operations, merchandising, logistics, warehouse administration, and supplier operations. 6. Able to perform in non-routine circumstances with direction and minor oversight. 7. Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. 8. Effective team player – adds to team knowledge and effectiveness. 9. Show initiative in self improvement. 10. Good command of English and Mandarin. |
