· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years) in Retailing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation or related field.
· Proficient at identifying analysis needs, developing an approach, and drawing conclusions to impact the business. Shows innovation in impacting the business through analysis. · Proficient in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain theory, and supply chain tools. · Fully engaged with the retail market, suppliers, logistics, and merchants in successfully operating a line of business. · Able to identify and drive improvement for replenishment, contribute specialized knowledge to the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs and validate solutions and help implement results. · Capable of teaching solutions for standard business challenges. Able to train and develop Analysts to grow to higher levels of responsibility within the areas of analysis, replenishment and business engagement and provide growth opportunities for Analysts. · Able to effectively assess the technical abilities of Analysts. · A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience gained in supervisory/managerial level · Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and oral communications · Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook |
