| 1. University degree or above.
2. At least 10 years work experience in financial industry in particular commercial banking, and at least 6 years experience in people and business management. 3. Full exposure in branch operations covering both business side and back office operations. 4. Favorable professional ethics, integrity, morality and reputation, good compliance record; 5. Seasoned leadership skills, proactive and energetic, self motivated. 6. A team player with strong sense of ownership and subtle communication skills. 7. A team builder to develop competent team and engaged workforce. 8. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese Mandarin. |
