Job Responsibilities 1. To provide recommendations to the management about the strategies and policies of government relations. 2. To map out all the stakeholders from the central, provincial and local government; 3. To develop and maintain a solid relationships with relevant ministries, provincial leaders, agencies, institutions. 4. To assist the different business tracks for get approvals from relevant authorities at ministerial and provincial levels. 5. To accumulate information regarding those identified stakeholders and individuals, such as the personal biography, hobbies, birthdays, family info etc. 6. To open the doors for appointment for the senior management of the company with senior officials and partners; 7. To interpret the government regulations, policies, document, news release etc. 8. To manage the internal expectations and make awareness of Chinese business cultures and best practises of the industries. 9. To coordinate high level visit of the company to China and arrange major important meetings for the official visit. 10. To work with South Africa colleagues for the high level visit of Chinese officials, partners, and any other important visits to South Africa. 11. To guide the local GR personnel to keep a solid relationship with provincial and local leader. 12. to work together with PR manager for major event management. 13. to closely work with incentive manager for incentive lobbying process. |
