Responsibilities:
· To help foster, coordinate, implement and maintain sound, lawful, and ethical security and safety practices, which help promote a safe and secure working environment · Direct and manager Ethics & Compliance Hotline program including Sarbanes Oxley notifications · Initiate, conduct and supervise investigations on apparent irregularities both from a financial and operational viewpoint. Investigations are conducted on an impartial basis with a goal of obtaining the facts with appropriate regard for the reputation of the employees, assessing compliance with corporate policies and recommending disciplinary actions · Develop, execute and implement loss prevention policies, strategies, plans and programs to increase profitability and reduce incidents that erode profits within China, in line with company standards · Direct executive protection activities, including risk assessment, personal protection, and protest group actions · Obtain and review investigation agency due diligence reports for potential franchise candidates · Participates in crisis management resolution around all loss prevention issues · Develop and foster industry contacts in order to grow networks and resources for use in resolving issues · To act as a liaison with law enforcement agencies · Undertake project management on key loss prevention initiatives as required Key Requirements: Minimum 15 years overall experience with at least 10 years in loss prevention activities with 3 years at more senior level in corporate environment Loss prevention experience must include asset security, , investigation, crisis management, legal principles and proprietary information protection Excellent human relations, interview and written skills to deal with emotionally charged situations Has strong business acumen and experience with retail, service and/or multi outlet industry preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and team environment Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels by telephone, in writing or in person Able to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure Previous experience with multinational preferred Has strong command on both written and oral Chinese and English language skills.
