| Responsibilities:
· Manage and control all electronic communication on a daily basis, soft and hard copies as appropriate · Handle design project independently from concept to end under good quality. · Act as Project Designer including Space Planning, Colour scheme / Materials / Furniture Selection and developing specification · Maintain effective communication and interaction consistent with client, adapting with Client’s culture, innovative thinking to produce design work that best fit client’s business need · Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package independently · Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Director · Able to work as part of a team and independently to meet tight deadline Skills/Experience Required: · Degree/Diploma holder in Interior Design or related discipline · At least 5 years’ proven experience in banking retail design · Experienced in site supervision and able to handle site management independently · Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written Interested parties please send resume in full to Ryan Owen at rowen@antal.com.cn |
