Main Responsibility:
identify, initiate, and monitor strategies for Company HQ in Asia Pacific (China, India, South Ease Asia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong), covering all Company products, Excavator, Wheel loader, and Skid steer loader, Skid steer loader, Mini excavator, Generator, Air compressor, Light tower, Attachment, and etc.. To provide leadership in the ongoing growth of company profitability in China. To monitor, analyze and respond to the market. Responsible for Strategic Marketing and the development of the long term China Strategy to increase EBIT/Margin. Ensure the capability of the marketing function grows to meet the increasing requirements from the business and develop a strong, customer focused, innovative team.
