1.Track the progress of sample trial 跟踪样品试制的进度 2.Validate new product’s program, fixture and tools 新产品程序、夹具、刀具的确认 3.Validate doubtful points of quality what happened in new product’s development 对新产品开发过程中遇到的质量疑点进行确认 Qualification招聘要求 1.College degree or above, major in mechanics or related 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业 4.Proficient in operating Citizen M/L series of lathes 熟练操作CITIZEN M/L系列机床 5.Proficient in choosing and setting lathe tools according to product technical requirements, programming and test machining for production. 熟练根据产品技术要求选择、设置机床刀具,编制加工程序 6.Proficient in machining products with thread whirling , gun drills . 能熟练使用旋风铣刀、深孔钻加工产品 7.Own machining experience on medical devices 有医疗器械加工经验 8.Be familiar with the sample trial procedure, execute tooling setting for sample trial, and solve on-site problems during the manufacturing in time. 熟悉样品试制流程，完成试生产调机工作，并及时解决现场出现的生产加工问题 9.Be familiar with the method of deburring in machine to improve the surface quality of parts. 熟悉通过机内处理提高零件表面质量去毛刺的方法 10.Be familiar with measuring device such as comparator, know how to use visual testing system. 熟悉检测仪器设备，如投影仪等，了解视觉检测系统的使用。 11.
