| Job Description 岗位职责
1.Be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of CNC lathe, and be familiar with the performance and basic structure of lathe, 负责数控机床的操作、维护与日常保养，熟悉机床的性能与基本构造； 2.Obey production plans to carry out the sample trial & mass production, and machine products according to the drawing requirements to ensure the products quality. 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求加工确保产品质量； 3.Assist in analyzing, handling and solving quality problems, and come up with improvement solutions. 协助分析，处理和解决质量问题，并提出改进方案； 4.Actively cooperate with the QC dept. to ensure the stability of products quality. Inform the relevant supervisor once detecting any gages with problems, and then forward to QC dept. to calibrate. 与质检部门积极配合，确保加工产品质量稳定。发现量具有失准现象及时通知其主管，由质检部校对； 5.Coordinate with technology sector in solving technical problems, and provide relative program actively and solve on-site problems in time. 与技术部门协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题； 6.Assist with PE to reasonably arrange process, fixture and tools to ensure the rationality of the process program 协助工艺工程师合理安排本道工序工艺、夹具、刀具，确保工艺方案在本道工序的合理性； 7.Fill out the documents related to lathes and products as required, carry out operating records, measurement records and equipment maintenance records. 按要求填写有关机床和产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、测量记录、设备保养记录； 8.Keep 5S in working area, and strictly abide by relevant security regulations, any violation is not allowed. 搞好工作区域内的5S，严格遵守相关的安全规定，不得违规操作； Qualification招聘要求 1.Skill to operate Citizen M20/L20 series of lathes 会操作Citizen M20/L20 系列机床 2.Or Skill to operate Swiss style lathe such as STAR, etc. 会操作STAR等纵切机床 3.Have relative experience on the machining of medical devices. 从事过医疗器械产品加工 4.Have relative experience of titanium alloy and stainless steel machining. 有钛合金，不锈钢产品加工经验 5.Be familiar with the tool adjusting of the lathe to reach products’ technical requirements. 熟悉机床刀具调整，达到产品技术要求 6.Be familiar with using relevant measuring devices, such as comparator. 熟悉使用相关检测仪器设备，如投影仪等 7.Proficient in operating lathe, be able to accurately judge the relationship between machining quality，programs and tool parameters. 熟练操作机床，能准确判断加工质量与程序，刀具参数等关系 8.Graduation from occupational school or above. 中专以上学历 9.Major in machinery, and be able to read English drawings 机械类相关专业，能看懂英文图纸 If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by staffing@biomet.com.cn |
