| Mission:
-To coordinate the activities of the quality-control departments in the division,s production plants and central services in order to achieve, through continuous improvement in systems and organizations, sustained reductions of quality costs and to guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability. Main responsibilities: -To implement and ensure compliance with company policies in terms of quality -To define, design and implement the quality indicators required to correctly control and assess products and processes -To follow up qualitative results in the production plants: reporting system -To improve results in terms of product quality in the plants and the division -To represent the company in quality-related matters during high-level meetings with customers -To participate in the quality committee representing the interests of the division on corporate level -To establish an organization of the quality area in the plants Required experience: -5 years in a similar position.Preferably be familiar with electronic and metal parts manufacturing process -Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Mechanism Additional training: -Quality Control Systems (Advanced Quality), Current regulations (ISO/UNE/EN standards), APQP, AMFEs, audits -Good communication skills, customer-oriented, team player, proactive and efficient -Good command of English both written and spoken |
