Work Location: Beijing Position: English Teacher for 3 to 6-year-old kids Teaching Materials: A unique online world where children to learn, read and play, with interactive animations, fun games, great songs and lots of rewards. It supports each child’s learning by offering individual, one-on-one lessons that allow children to progress at their own rate. The program has been developed by a highly experienced team of educational teachers, writers and developers. Job description and Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to the overall success of our English Center for 3 to 6-year-old kids; 2. Design suitable lessons according to the students need and look for great English curriculum and teaching materials; 3. Teach English to a 3 to 6-year-old class with small scale students to improve their interests in English and communication; 4. Communicate with parents; 5. Other duties as required. Qualifications: 1. Native English speaker; 2. Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in English teaching; 3. Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognized university; Skills Needed: 1. Good classroom management skills (especially with kids); 2. The ability to work as a leader of a team to create a positive work environment; 3. Love teaching and responsible; We offer: 1.
