  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities) 
-Provide leadership and advise direction of technical field services based on market needs;
-Work with IAAS Operations to prepare and submit proposals to Clients;
-Direct and supervise the development of new procedures for new service delivery;
-Coordinate appropriate resources to implement strategies and individual projects;
-Establish service modules platform, and use them to address needs of different clients.
-Maintain up to date knowledge of current regulations/ industry standards;
-Work closely with TTC to upgrade field staff on new service requirements;
-Work with CS to develop survey on clients using new services;
-Align market research and SO feedback to IAAS existing services, and to create new services when needed;
-Interacts/ participate with local industry or government agencies to review, and interpret standards and regulations;
-Assure services developed for China are in compliance with domestic, international safety and quality guidelines;
-Analyze industry research and development on best practices and benchmarking with regard to technical standards and assessment system.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
-University degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial role;
-With substantial technical, operational and management knowledge and experience in inspection, audit, quality assurance and supply chain industries;
-Familiar with inspection and auditing procedures;
-Proven success in analyzing situations and developing strategies;
-Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills;
-Excellent language skills in Chinese and English;
-Strong leadership skills with ability to work with various parties;
-Strong ability in effective communications with management, business partners, clients and staff members;
-Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
-Ability to work with various cultures in a positive and constructive manner;
-Initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment;
-Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, independent and strong business acumen.
