| Main Responsibilities
1. Lead Product Development and Quality team, including 2 labs’ operation in Mainland China and responsible for the growth target for the whole Quality & R&D division 2. Responsible for annual R&D target and longer term product development strategy 3. Overseeing and set strategic direction for the quality assurance system and processes including auditing of suppliers, the factories including HACCP/CCP 4. Developing strategies for cost saving through global sourcing of ingredients and packaging 5. Establish Food safety standard and oversee an effective system to monitor pesticide residual, heavy metals, GMP, HACCP, and other aspects of food safety. 6. Provide strategic leadership to the whole China team and bring it to the next level Qualifications and desired qualities: 1. Food technology education background, Masters degree preferred 2. At least 10 years of working experience in the food industry 3. Experience from MNC companies and understanding of cross cultural management 4. Good documentation skills 5. Excellent communication in English and Chinese 6. Demonstrated ability to manage a large R&D and Quality team 7. Strong people management skills 8.
