| MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop recommendations, achieve agreements and implement Operations Strategies to achieve the company’s vision · Ensure that all levels of staff are recruited, developed, and motivated to maintain and improve business performance · Ensure production level meet the customer quality standard and confirm to agreed delivery schedules · Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility. · Control and co-ordinate the production activities to achieve company targets. · Ensure that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when carrying out maintenance · Co-operate with other departments to ensure that the throughput meet requirements of both customers and organization. · Drive to continuously improve company operations competences. QUALIFICATIONS · At least 8 years' production management experiences in large scale multi-national electronics manufacturing company. · Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills. · Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently. · Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software · University graduated, major in Mechanical Engineering or related · Good spoken and written English Our offer is a creative and professional working environment with an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity for career advancement with a global company.
