1. Native English speaker. Preferably with a western background or long-term experience. 2. A Bachelors or a Masters degree from an accredited college or university. 3. Good command of critical thinking, enterprise skills (teamwork and leadership) and communication skills. 4. Flexibility, cooperation and coordination with CHEER and its partnering schools. 5. High school teaching experience will give you an edge! 6. Passion for teaching (high school) students.
