Job Description:
Extensive experience in managing the entire program on site.
At least 15 years exp. Leading the process engineering, technical and site/installation issue as the owners REP and not SME (managing the process of solving problems and not subject matter expert to solve the problems).
Diesel experience will be great.
Chinese language not required but helpful.
