| The OCEG is a modern educational entity which maintains not only higher (state-planned undergraduate unit), basic, and preschool educational facilities, but also vocational education. It is one of the most standardized and one of the most influential educational groups. The Group was established in 1986 by Mr. Professor Yu Songling, the famous education expert, a member of Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a member of the Revolutionary Central Committee of Chinas Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Health. Through the past two decades, development and expansion have resulted in the various 21 colleges and schools. The Group has established a crossroads to incubate new talents.
